As well as Director of Big Blue Scribble I’m back working as a music director and performer. In 2025, One Day More will be back touring along with a new show All About Sondheim as well as The Christmas Chronicles in December. Later this year I start rehearsals with Rhovan as music director with keyboards/vocals. Rhovan is a new Celtic ensemble featuring original songs and music; concerts are already booked with an appearance at Celtic Connections and a UK tour.
September 2026 brings a short series of piano recitals centred around music from cinema: Piano At The Cinema featuring some of best film scores transcribed for piano including The Warsaw Concerto, Rhapsody In Blue, Adagio For Strings, Cavatina, Beauty And The Beast and much more.
I’ve agreed to take some time to work with The Scribble Trust, a new charity dedicated to the support of new and emerging music artists in Scotland. I’ll be mentoring new artists as well as providing vocal and piano coaching for artists in development and in recording sessions.
I’m still available on a freelance basis as a composer, music director and pianist.
